Refund Policy

We have a strict refund policy. Refunds are only issued in very specific circumstances and are never guaranteed. Please read carefully before purchasing.

May qualify for a refund
  • Serious, verifiable technical failure on our end that prevented all use, atleast over a week of non use
  • Charged multiple times for the same plan (duplicate billing)
  • Service was completely non-functional from day one with no resolution, (excludes if we announce any issues)
Not eligible for a refund
  • Changed your mind after purchase
  • Banned from Roblox while using the service
  • Purchased but rarely or never used
  • Did not read these terms before buying
  • Getting blacklisted or access removed

If you believe you have a legitimate refund reason that doesn't fall into any of the above categories, you may open a refund request by contacting us at help@serversiding.pro or opening a ticket in our Discord.

You must provide your purchase details, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
