Refund Policy
May qualify for a refund
- Serious, verifiable technical failure on our end that prevented all use, atleast over a week of non use
- Charged multiple times for the same plan (duplicate billing)
- Service was completely non-functional from day one with no resolution, (excludes if we announce any issues)
Not eligible for a refund
- Changed your mind after purchase
- Banned from Roblox while using the service
- Purchased but rarely or never used
- Did not read these terms before buying
- Getting blacklisted or access removed
Absolute non-refundable situations
The following situations are explicitly ineligible for a refund under any circumstances, regardless of the reason provided:

Buyer transfer / gifted key If your account, key, or plan was transferred to you from another buyer, whether gifted, sold, or traded, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. It is unacceptible to also sell keys. We have the right to transfer stuff*

Service not yet released / still in development If you purchased access ahead of a feature or service launch and it has not launched yet, that is not grounds for a refund. You are paying for future access you agreed to.

Temporary downtime or maintenance Planned or unplanned outages, maintenance windows, and temporary unavailability do not qualify for refunds. All services experience downtime. UNLESS: over a week.

Roblox bans or account consequences Any bans, warnings, or restrictions imposed by Roblox as a result of using this service are entirely your responsibility and do not warrant a refund.

Access revoked due to ToS violation If your access was removed because you violated our Terms of Service, or another user on your account, you are not entitled to any refund of any amount.

Robux payments Due to the nature of Roblox's payment platform, all Robux transactions are final and non-refundable once transferred.
How to request a refund
If you believe you have a legitimate refund reason that doesn't fall into any of the above categories, you may open a refund request by contacting us at help@serversiding.pro or opening a ticket in our Discord.
You must provide your purchase details, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
